Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the business development team, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves driving sales targets, mentoring BDAs, and contributing to the company’s strategic expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and markets.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Associates.
- Identify and pursue high-value partnerships and business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate and close business deals with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing to design effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
- Represent We4Task at networking events, meetings, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
