Reimbursement Timeline

Important: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical products to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

  • Merchant Onboarding: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours
  • QR Installation: Refund available before installation begins
  • Surveys & Audits: Partial refund based on completion status

Digital Services

  • Digital Onboarding: Refund available within 7 days
  • Education Marketing: Prorated refund based on campaign progress
  • Consulting Services: Refund for unused hours only

Gifts

Gift Purchases

If the services or products were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Non-Gift Purchases

If the services weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.
